Q) Does Bouncers Are Us have insurance? A) Yes, we are fully insured for private party rentals.
Q) Is Bouncers Are Us able to do Public Events for Schools, Churches, Communities and more...?
A) No, as of 2022 we have decided to focus on the backyard private party seen.
Q) Do I need an attendant to supervise an inflatable
A) There should always be someone supervising any inflatable for backyard parties. They should always be under an adults supervision. The most important duties of an attendant are limiting the number of children in or on the inflatable at a time, making sure that the children are all of similar size and controlling the behavior of all participants.
Q) Do you set up in parks?
A) Yes, We set up at parks for private parties but most parks do not have electricity. If you want to set up at a park you must check to confirm there is a power outlet or rent a generator from us. Bouncers Are Us also rents generators.
Q) What is your Cancellation Policy for Bad Weather?
A) Bouncers Are Us knows mother nature is unpredictable, we will make exceptions based on a case by case situation. We want your party to be a success. Weather Guarantee: If weather is bad on day of event/party cancellation is available due to heavy rain or thunder storms. Must be cancelled before delivery due to bad weather for full refund. If weather is questionable we will call you to discuss. Book your party today!
Q) What if it starts to rain?
A) If it starts to rain while you have the inflatable, do not use until rain passes over. Leave it up as it will dry quicker when rain passes over. If storm or high winds come through shut the blower off so it goes down.
Q) What if i have to cancel?
A) Call us with your details and we can discuss.
Q) What methods of payment do you accept?
A) For online payments through booking on our website we take Visa Debit or Credit Cards (Visa or Master Cards), Over the phone we take Credit Cards. Through email you can send an emoney transfers. On pickup you can pay balance with Credit Card or Cash, please have exact change as Bouncers Are Us does not carry change at warehouse.
Q) Do you require a Deposit?
A) Yes, all booking require a $50 deposit minimum, bookings with multiple units require larger deposits.
Q) What if my yard has hills or stairs?
A) it is difficult to go up and down large stairs. Slight inclines are ok.
Q) Can we rent at night?
A)Yes, keep the rentals in a safe and secure area as you are liable for any damage when rented.
Q) Will you charge to clean the inflatable?
A) We expect to receive our inflatables back in clean condition. We understand that children can track grass into by means of traffic. We will not charge for cleaning this. However if the inflatable has stains, silly string or mud in it there could be a cleaning charge. please treat it as your own. The inflatable will be inspected before it is picked up at your location.
Q) How long are rental for?
A)Our rentals are now for 1-3 day's depending on what you rent. weekend rentals are from Fri to Sunday.
Q) Can you set up on any surface?
A) We usually set up on grass. If your surface is dirt, asphalt, and concrete please confirm and we will bring a tarp.
Q) Do we keep it powered on and plugged in the whole time?
A)Yes. A blower keeps air In the Inflatable Unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit, or a generator. Longer cords can flip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q) Are we responsible if the inflatable gets a tear or damage?
A) Please alert us at once so we can send an employee out from Bouncers Are Us to inspect and take care of the situation. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all the damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Q) will your equipment be dirty like some others we rented in the past from others companies?
A) No, Bouncers are Us cleans, disinfects, and inspect our units on a regular basis.
